I wanted to do a quick update and thank my friend Michael C for everything he is doing on this website.    He is really doing some cool projects with ultracapacitors in our forum.   As Michael does his projects,  he documents his steps with photos like the ones below.   I like how he shows us how to replace AA batteries with ultracapacitors.  He never ceases to amaze me.

wow. these are some interesting projects. this is what ultracapacitors needs to have.. people doing with them.

I'm not done yet. I recently acquired 2 - 13.8 volt 500F Ultra cap assemblies from James Lupino (Introduce Yourself / Partnered with Nippon Chemi-con) for a great price. I will have the complete story at 11pm. Stay tuned...
