CHANGE THE WORLD?

What is going in with EEStor in 2007? As recently reported: "EEStor is not making public statements at present time," company co-founder and chief executive Richard Weir replied when the Toronto Star requested an interview via email.

The secret startup company out of Texas is said to be able to change the world...- How would you like to have that on your resume?

They claim they their supercapacitor will outperform the best lithium-ion batteries on the market at half the cost, density, and charge time. They will ship their ultra capacitor systems for use in electric vehicles this year.

10 Times more powerful than any battery on the market at half the cost.

This company steps out and says that its one of a kind system, a "battery-ultracapacitor hybrid based on barium-titanate powders, will dramatically outperform the best lithium-ion batteries on the market in terms of energy density, price, charge time, and safety."

Richard Weir, EEStor's chief executive said that he would prefer to keep a low profile and let the results of his company's innovation speak for themselves. "We're well on our way to doing everything we said."

This appears to be the break though that world has been waiting for.  Greg A.
